Plot[]
Opening credits: Scientist Eobard Thawne is shown making several failed inventions, then we see him stumble upon the left-behind blueprints of the machine which generates lightning bolts, which also created The Flash, and re-builds it. When hefinishes it, it is yellow and red, unlike how it was originally grey.
Wally West has given up being Flash ever since the disaster with Trickster and Pied Piper. All becuase he accidently killed Trickster. When Tina McGee visits him and his Uncle Barry for the 4th of July, when they see on the news that the invention which created The Flash has been recreated by Dr. Eobard Thawne. More to be added...
