This universe was kicked off by the Flash(movie) just like the DCU in the 60s. This franchise does the reverse of what Marvel does. It starts off with the flagship team up and individual movies are made for the fan-favorite characters. The flash is the only founding member of Justice League to get an origin movie and get it before the flagship team up movie because the general public doesn't know anything about him.

The Flash (2014)Forensic scientist Barry Allen is struck by lightning after a particle accelerator explosion. Inspired by Superman and his childhood hero, Jay Garrick, Barry dons a costume and becomes the Flash.

Justice League (2014): Darkseid, Lord of Apokolips, sends his uncle, Steppenwolf, to conquer Earth. Superman, Batman, Wonder woman, Green Lantern, Aquaman and Cyborg come together to defeat him and protect Earth.

Cyborg (2015): Victor Stone has been operating in Metropolis after helping the Justice League. He comes across a recording of his father question if the Cyborg is really his son or an imitation of him. Vic starts questioning his own humanity. Lex Luthor sends Metallo after Victor.

Aquaman: After the events of Justice League, Arthur Curry/King Orin has allowed an Atlantis-based American Embassy to be created so that the surface world can learn more about Atlantis and their relations can be improved. But, a surface-dweller who has a bone to pick with him has arrived to destroy any chance of peace, hurt the people closest to him and carve his heart out.
